Terms of Service
Who this applies to
SutraOS is operated by SutraOS Platforms Private Limited (Bengaluru, Karnataka, India). These terms govern use of SutraOS by all of its users — brands, talent and ad agencies, and creators — and by visitors to our websites.
1. Acceptance
By creating a SutraOS account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the platform. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract; if you register for an organisation (a brand or agency), you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. Account use
You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for actions taken under your account. You must provide accurate KYC / KYB information when prompted, including PAN, GSTIN/CIN where applicable, and bank account details for payouts. During the early-access period, access is invitation- and approval-gated, and registration may place you on a waitlist pending review.
3. Connected platforms
If you connect third-party accounts (e.g. Google/YouTube, Meta/Instagram), your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. You authorise SutraOS to access only the data needed to provide the features you enable, and you can disconnect at any time.
4. Campaign participation
Campaigns on SutraOS are agreements between brands (or their authorised agencies) and creators. SutraOS is the infrastructure layer — it generates contracts, manages deliverables, and handles compliance, but the underlying commercial relationship is between the parties.
5. Payments + tax
SutraOS deducts TDS at the section + rate applicable to your status (Section 194J for professional creators, Section 194R for benefits-in-kind, Section 194H for agency intermediaries, as applicable) at payout time, with GST-ready invoicing using HSN codes and place-of-supply. You remain responsible for filing your own returns.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time. SutraOS may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable Indian regulations.
7. Liability
SutraOS provides the platform "as is." Specific limitations on liability and warranty disclaimers will be detailed in the counsel-ratified version of these terms before public launch.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
